When we first met Jen 3.5 years ago, she explained that her approach to caregiving is to build a relationship with her client, then let the course of caregiving grow from there based on the person's unique needs and desires. My daughter and I are both psychologists so we were intirigued by the model. And so we began our journey with Jen and Concierge Caregiving! The traditional aspects of caregiving provided by Jen and her team have always exceeded our expectations. They are quick to identify any concerns and to offer suggestions for possible solutions or resources. But, perhaps even more important is the "magic sauce" of the relationship between my Mom and her caregivers which is born of genuine caring. Whether it is a visit from Jen's huskies, a walk on Muirfield nature trails, a trip out for milkshakes, or a slumber party in PJs with giggles and "girl talk," Jen has a gift for bringing precious moments of joy into my 95 year old mother's life. 

Jen and her team were there for my Mom until the last day of her life, allowing her to remain in her own home and leave this earth in peace, just as she had wished. We will be forever grateful for  this precious gift of care.❤
