Jennifer Glasscoe

Founder & Owner

Jennifer Glasscoe is the Founder and Owner of Concierge Caregiving and a proud Dublin, Ohio native. With deep roots in the Central Ohio community, Jennifer holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in International Business and Human Resources.

Before founding Concierge Caregiving, Jennifer spent 12 years working for the Department of Defense, where she had the unique opportunity to work alongside her father. That chapter of her career helped shape her strong work ethic, leadership style, and commitment to service—values that remain at the heart of how she leads Concierge Caregiving today.

Jennifer’s path into caregiving, however, began much more personally. What started with helping one individual grew organically through referrals and relationships as more families began trusting Jennifer to care for the people they loved.

That experience ultimately inspired Jennifer to leave her federal career and build Concierge Caregiving around a different vision of care—one that is highly personal, relationship-driven, and tailored to the individual rather than a traditional one-size-fits-all approach.

Today, Jennifer remains deeply involved in the lives and care of Concierge Caregiving clients and their families. She believes exceptional caregiving extends far beyond simply being present in someone’s home. It is about understanding the whole person, anticipating needs, building trust, and providing families with the reassurance that someone is truly looking out for the person they love.

Jennifer is equally passionate about the team she has built. She takes great pride in creating a culture where Care Partners feel valued and supported, believing that taking exceptional care of the people providing care ultimately translates into an even better experience for clients.

Outside of Concierge Caregiving, Jennifer enjoys staying active, traveling, watching football, spending time with the people she loves, and, of course, life with her dogs. Her love of animals is also something she enjoys sharing with clients, bringing another personal and joyful element to the relationships she builds.

For Jennifer, Concierge Caregiving is far more than a business—it is the result of relationships, trust, community, and a genuine calling to care for others.
